NoveList is a database provided by IndyPL which allows you to learn more about specific titles and authors. Login with your or your child's IndyPL library card number and PIN (last 4 digits of the card number.) NoveList also provides lists of "read-alikes" for favorite titles. Searching IndyPL's online catalog can link you to NoveList as well as give professional book reviews.
TeachingBooks is another database provided by the state of Indiana. Login with your or your child's IndyPL library card number and PIN (last 4 digits of the card number.) It will allow you to advance search for books by grade levels, Lexile Reading levels, genres/styles. The lists below were created in Teaching Books.

Find-a-Book from the Lexile company allows you to search by Lexile level and interest areas. While it will provide a list of books titles those books may not be available in the HCS Libraries or even IndyPL, and their content may not reflect biblical values.
